And the Winner of the Back-to-School Giveaway is…

September 9, 2013
personal finance book giveaway

Thank you to everyone who entered my latest giveaway and took the time to comment with your thoughts on what personal finance lessons kids and teens should be taught in school. It looks like the most popular suggestions were budgeting, saving and building/using credit. I can’t say I disagree with any of those!

The winner of this giveaway will receive a signed copy of Debt-Free Forever by Gail Vaz-Oxlade, a copy of How Not to Move Back in With Your Parents by Rob Carrick, and a copy of MoneySense’s Beginner’s Guide to Personal Finance. These are all great resources that I would recommend every Canadian read.

In total, 158 entry points were submitted. And the winner is…

Kasey is the Director of Business Development at Kashoo – an online accounting software company based out of Vancouver. She is currently being notified by email and can expect to receive her books soon!

Thank you again to everyone who entered and to both Gail and Rob for donating copies of their books. Stay tuned for another giveaway that everyone can enter before Christmas.
